As a partner in the Creditor's Rights and Litigation practice grou with the Hutchens Law Firm LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina, he serves clients and residents throughout the surrounding region, and he is licensed to practice law in Alabama as well.
Mr. Bunda completed his undergraduate studies in 2002, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He later went on to attend the Emory University School of Law, where his legal talents were evident through his participation in the mock trial team.
After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2005, Mr. Bunda obtained his license to practice across all North Carolina state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
