Joshua D. Lee

Serving clients in matters involving family law, Joshua D. Lee extends his dedicated practice to families and individuals across Charlotte and surrounding areas. Working from his office at Jetton & Meredith, PLLC, in Charlotte, North Carolina, he handles complex family law transactions, including divorce, spousal support and alimony, separation agreements, pre- and postnuptial agreements, child custody, child support, mediation, arbitration, and domestic violence. Approaching each case with empathy and compassion, he ensures his clients and their families stay protected.

Upon receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory & Henry University in 2013, Mr. Lee went on to enroll at Charlotte School of Law to pursue his legal education. Graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2016, he was also admitted to practice law in North Carolina that same year. Prior to joining his current practice, he was actively representing clients in high-conflict custody matters while working with the Council for Children’s Rights.

In addition to the above, Mr. Lee worked with the Burke County Department of Social Services, through which he gained extensive experience working on child welfare matters. This experience sharpened his advocacy skills and reinforced a commitment to protecting the interests of his clients. His extensive experience in various legal settings, both within the courtroom and in community advocacy, equips him with a comprehensive perspective on the intricate processes of case evaluation, negotiation and resolution.
