Julie H. Fosbinder

Ms. Fosbinder received her J.D. degree from New York Law School and practiced in New York and Arizona before moving to North Carolina. She worked as a senior trial attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission before starting her own practice. She is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the North Carolina State Bar. Ms. Fosbinder is a frequent speaker giving presentations on the Americans with Disabilities Act, North Carolina employment law, sexual harassment, trial tactics, and ethics in law practice. She has numerous published decisions in employment and labor law.
