Kelli Y. Allen

In the Charlotte, North Carolina, metropolitan area, Kelli Y. Allen represents clients in matters of family law, criminal law, elder law and immigration law. Ms. Allen attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. At Charlotte School of Law, she graduated summa cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree and is now admitted to practice in the state of North Carolina. With over a decade of experience, she has dedicated herself to providing not only high-quality legal representation but valuable service to her community as well.

The former director and founder of an animal rescue service, Ms. Allen often offers her services as a guest speaker on matters of elder law, and she sponsors charity events. During her time with a nonprofit, she placed more than 1,200 neglected, abused and abandoned dogs into adoptive homes.

A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Ms. Allen is actively involved with her local legal community. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Mecklenburg County Bar, Elder Counsel and the National Association for Community Mediation.
