Kristen E. Finlon

Kris brings 15 years of experience litigating employment law claims on both the plaintiff and defense side to Gardner Skelton’s corporate employment law practice. Kris works with Gardner Skelton’s business and executive clients to do her best to keep them out of the courtroom. She provides support for our clients’ HR teams by helping them analyze and address situations that arise in the workplace, as well as assisting to craft policies, procedures and agreements and understand ever-changing rules and regulations nationwide. Kris draws on her experience in employment litigation to help clients evaluate their legal obligations and risks. Kris also maintains a robust regulatory practice representing clients in front of the EEOC, state deferral agencies and the US and NC DOL.
