Mallory A. Willink

One of the passionate attorneys of the law firm of Conrad Trosch & Kemmy in Charlotte, Mallory A. Willink is a North Carolina board-certified specialist in family law. She offers assertive legal guidance and family law representation in divorce and related family law matters, including child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable property distribution, separation and prenuptial agreements, annulments, name changes and domestic violence.

Ms. Willink graduated with honors with her bachelor’s degree majoring in journalism with a specific focus in public relations from West Virginia University, where she was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi international women’s fraternity. She went to the Charlotte School of Law to obtain her J.D. A recipient of several honors and scholarships in law school, she was featured on the dean’s list and received awards such as the Gold Key award, the ABA LSD Star of the Division and the Charlotte Law Student Services Award.

Going above and beyond to implement cost-effective legal strategies to meet clients’ family objectives, Ms. Willink looks for creative approaches to solve challenges. She puts everyone’s long-term best interests first when making recommendations and helps clients make informed decisions, keeping emotions aside. Holding a license to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina, she appears before the North Carolina State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and the South Carolina Bar.

Ms. Willink has served in various critical roles in the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. An Avvo “Superb”-rated attorney, she is associated with many organizations, including the York County Bar Association, Lancaster Bar Association, the Women Lawyers of Charlotte, the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys and the Charlotte Collaborative Divorce Professionals. An active contributor to social causes, she devotes her time to the Council for Children’s Rights and the Safe Alliance. She was awarded the “STANDOUT of the Year” for raising the most funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Charlotte Chapter, and continues to serve as a co-chair for the STANDOUT Program with the Charlotte Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
