Mark S. Pincus

Mark S. Pincus represents companies, entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals in business litigation, employment litigation, and negotiations of employment and severance agreements. Mark’s practice focuses on restrictive covenants (non-competition/non-solicitation), compensation disputes, internal company disputes, business contracts and torts, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Mark comes to Gardner Skelton after running his own New York-based firm, Pincus Law LLC, from 2014-21. Mark became a partner at Gardner Skelton in 2022 and splits his time between Charlotte and the firm’s new New York office. Mark has significant experience litigating in state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
