Serving as a partner at Wilder Pantazis Law Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, Raboteau "Beau" Terrell Wilder III is an established workers’ compensation lawyer. As a North Carolina board-certified workers’ compensation specialist, he works relentlessly to represent clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation, ensuring employees are provided medical benefits and lost wages when injured on the job. Additionally, he also counsels personal injury cases, generally wrongful death and motor vehicle accidents.

Attending North Carolina State University to pursue his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Wilder became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He then proceeded to enroll in the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where he worked on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review. He gained his Juris Doctor in 2008 and earned his license to practice in North Carolina in the same year.

Kicking off his career as a law clerk for Hon. Graham C. Mullen in Charlotte, Mr. Wilder gained invaluable experience in federal litigation while also getting to see the judge’s perspective on a case. He later gained trial and negotiation experience through his practice in criminal defense, family law and personal injury law before transitioning to workers’ compensation. Throughout his decade-long career, he has represented clients in the state, federal and appellate courts around North Carolina.

In the legal fraternity, Mr. Wilder remains active through memberships with the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the North Carolina State Bar Association. His ethical standards and commitment to providing quality representation have gained him recognition on the Top 10 under 40 list by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys and the People on the Move list in the Charlotte Business Journal. He holds the Enjuris Million Dollar Verdict badge for securing a $1 million verdict. Additionally, he is AV Preeminent* peer-review rated through Martindale-Hubbell.
