Rob Blake engages in a litigation practice in which he represents individuals and businesses in white collar criminal investigations, criminal cases, qui tam cases, class action litigation, and other complex civil litigation. Rob’s practice also includes conducting internal investigations for hospitals, businesses and Boards of Directors for corporate clients. Rob’s representation of clients in civil litigation includes the representation of plaintiffs in class action litigation, qui tam lawsuits, and complex business litigation.
Rob attended the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill as an undergraduate, where he pursued a double major in criminal justice and psychology. He graduated with honors in 1991.
Thereafter, Rob attended law school at Wake Forest University, where he was a member of the Scholastics Honor Society, a member of the Wake Forest Law Review, and a legal research and writing teaching assistant. Rob graduated cum laude from Wake Forest Law School in 1994.
Following law school, Rob served as a federal law clerk for United States District Judge Graham C. Mullen (W.D.N.C.) from 1994 until 1996. Thereafter, Rob served as a federal law clerk for United States Circuit Judge Wade Brorby on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Rob joined Wyatt & Blake in 1999.
