- Our clients, Husband and wife, were hit by a drunk driver while riding their motorcycle on the way home from dinner. The drunk drive did not have insurance. - After a confidential informant purchased narcotics on two occasions from the client, on video, the client was charged with fourteen drug charges. Of the charges, four were drug trafficking charges, which carry a mandatory term of imprisonment in North Carolina. In all, the client was facing a mandatory minimum of 300 months and a potential term of over 400 months, in prison.
