Mr. Windle is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Middle Districts of North Carolina, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
