Whitney Brooks

Whitney Brooks is a personal injury attorney serving clients in and around the Charlotte metro area. She works at The Olive Law Firm P.A. in Charlotte, North Carolina, and handles cases involving:

Ms. Brooks went to the University of South Carolina to earn her bachelor’s degree in marketing and real estate. After graduating in 2008, she decided to pursue her legal studies and enrolled at the Charlotte School of Law, where she was the senior editor of the Charlotte Law Review and a pro bono student ambassador. She also gained legal experience working for the Legal Services of Southern Piedmont, where she served needy clients with unemployment benefit issues. 

Earning her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2011, Ms. Brooks was admitted to practice in California the same year. Practicing law for more than a decade, she is an active member of many legal associations, including the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg County Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the Charlotte Women’s Bar.
