Attorney William H. Elam is a senior partner and the founder of Elam & Rousseaux, PLLC, PLLC, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Before representing injured plaintiffs, he litigated civil and criminal cases and represented health care providers and physicians in malpractice matters.
