Donald H. Beskind

I am a full-time professor at Duke University School of law and handle a limited number of cases.  For cases that come directly to me, I either co-counsel with the referring firm if they want to be active in the case, or co-counsel with the firm I think best suited for the case in North Carolina.  I  am also brought into cases by North Carolina firms seeking co-counsel when they anticipate a case will need to be tried or argued in our appellate courts or the Fourth Circuit.
