Kevin B. Ginsberg

Kevin B. Ginsberg is a partner at the Durham-based law firm, Kornbluth Ginsberg Law Group, P.A., in North Carolina. He focuses his practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation, including matters of wrongful death, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents and trucking accidents.

Enrolling at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Ginsberg completed his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management. He proceeded to study law at The University of North Carolina School of Law, where he obtained his J.D. in 2000. Soon after law school, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Patricia Timmons-Goodson at the U.S. Court of Appeals in North Carolina, during which he earned first-hand experience in the field of law.

Commencing his journey into the legal profession, Mr. Ginsberg began his practice with personal injury law, working as a senior litigation attorney for a prominent law group for about 12 years. Since partnering with Kornbluth Ginsberg Law Group, P.A., he has extended his practice to include workers’ compensation matters to help employees fight for their rights and stand with them to claim provisions that are rightfully theirs.

A socially committed professional, Mr. Ginsberg has been bestowed leadership duties at several social and legal organizations, including serving as the vice chair and incoming chairman on the board of directors for the William C. Friday Fellowship for Human Relations. He has been rated with a perfect score of 10.0 on Avvo. Furthermore, he is also the chair of the Durham Grievance Committee.
