Graduating with a B.A. in history from the University of Rochester, Mr. Kornbluth pursued his legal studies at The George Washington University Law School, where he served a legal intern for Judge Thomas F. Hogan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Earning his law degree with honors in 2001, he was admitted the same year to practice in North Carolina and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.

Active in the legal arena, Mr. Kornbluth is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the American Bar Association. He shares his vast knowledge of the law with his peers and younger attorneys by writing blogs, articles and lecturing on employment law-related topics.
