Ralph K. Frasier, Jr.

Ralph K. Frasier Jr. is a managing partner and founding member of Frasier & Griffin, PLLC, in Durham, North Carolina. He has been practicing law since 1996, serving clients in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and across the state. He primarily focuses on criminal defense, traffic violations, drug abuse, white collar crime, sex offenses and more. He also takes on personal injury cases involving wrongful death and motor vehicle accidents.

Mr. Frasier obtained his B.S. in business administration and accounting from Hampton University (1991) and his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University (NCCU) School of Law in 1994. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal (Middle, Eastern and Western) courts of North Carolina. Additionally, he is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the 14th Judicial District Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Black Lawyers.

With deep ties to his local area, Mr. Frasier takes great pride in actively engaging with the communities of Durham County and Columbus County. He has served on various community boards, including the John Avery Boys and Girls Club, where he was a member of the board of directors. He was also involved in the Durham Committee on the Affairs of Black People, serving as the legal vice chair. Furthermore, he imparted his knowledge as an adjunct professor at the NCCU School of Law and held board membership with the Museum of Durham History.

In addition to his community service, Mr. Frasier plays a crucial role in the growth of the local economy by providing valuable guidance and investments to several small businesses and ventures in the region. He has devoted himself to the betterment and prosperity of his people through a variety of contributions.
