Robert DiDomenico

A vehement advocate for his clients during one of the most trying moments in their lives, Robert DiDomenico works relentlessly to get them the reprieve they deserve so they can move on to greener pastures and better opportunities. At the Hiltzheimer Law Office PLLC in Durham, North Carolina, he serves residents across the Triangle in important criminal defense issues, including DUI/DWIs, drug charges, violent crimes, expungement, and traffic tickets and speeding, among many others. 

Mr. DiDomenico completed his undergraduate studies in 2015, graduating summa cum laude with his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from East Carolina University. After working as an actor for a brief period of time and seeing the lack of protections for nonunion performers, he decided to pursue law, and he made his first step in that direction by enrolling in The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. 

During his time in law school, Mr. DiDomenico was 3L Class President, a Dean’s Fellow, a LexisNexis representative and part of the Journal of International Law and the Holderness Moot Court IP Team. Additionally, he was a certified law student at the law school’s Civil Legal Assistance Clinic and served as an extern at the Alamance County district attorney’s office. He received his Juris Doctor in 2021, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in North Carolina. 

In a relatively short period of time, Mr. DiDomenico has accrued the adulation of his peers for his tireless efforts in progressing the standard of client care in his industry to greater heights, and for his many contributions, he was included in the Top 40 Under 40 list by the National Trial Lawyers and received Avvo Client’s Choice Award for hosting myriad positive client testimonials on the latter site. Within his legal community, he is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division liason to the Criminal Justice Section), and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (member of the Criminal Defense Section).
