Victoria Hardin represents clients in the Fayetteville, North Carolina, metropolitan area, Moore County, Cumberland County, Pinehurst, Fort Bragg and Southern Pines. She is a family law attorney whose practice includes matters of domestic violence, protective orders, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, child custody, divorce, and pre and postnuptial separation agreements.

Ms. Hardin is admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and North Carolina. At the University of Oklahoma, she earned an undergraduate and graduate degree in Education before moving on to law school. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. A knowledgeable, experienced attorney, she has trained other lawyers with the Ernest F. Hollings National Advocacy Center in Trial Techniques and has presented to the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

A former prosecutor for the Harnett County District Attorney’s Office, she also worked for the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office before practicing family law. While in these positions, she took jury trials to verdict in homicide, child physical abuse, domestic violence, rape and other sex crimes, drug and alcohol offenses and armed robbery. Ms. Hardin has received a “Superb” rating from Avvo and was given an Avvo Client’s Choice Award in Divorce in 2015.

She is known for her clear communication, extensive preparation and ability to empathize with those who are dealing with some of the most trying times in their lives. Passionate about protecting children and families in all ways possible, Ms. Hardin is actively involved with programs that work to eliminate issues related to internet crimes against children and child pornography.
