Victoria Hardin

Victoria Hardin is an attorney at the law firm Hardin Law Firm PLLC, where she focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters, including domestic violence, child support, divorce, alimony, protective orders, equitable distribution, and premarital agreements, and postnuptial separation matters. The Hardin Law firm has office locations in Carthage, North Carolina and in Fayetteville.  The majority of Ms. Hardin's clients are active duty or former servicemembers. She also represents a significant number of fathers in high-conflict custody matters.

Admitted to practice in North Carolina and Oklahoma, Ms. Hardin has 20 years of experience in litigating cases for her clients. She has represented clients throughout the state of North Carolina, including Moore County, Pinehurst, Fort Bragg, Southern Pines and Cumberland County. 

Ms. Hardin graduated from The University of Oklahoma with both  a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education. Later, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

With her years of experience and legal knowledge, Ms. Hardin has trained several lawyers. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Hardin trained prosecutors in trial techniques at the Ernest F. Hollings National Advocacy Center, located at the University of South Carolina. She also works closely with many legal associations and is involved in programs aimed to sharpen her advocacy and litigation skills.

Ms. Hardin is well recognized among her peers for her dedication, and she has been included in the 10 Best Attorneys list by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. She is also the recipient of the Client Satisfaction Award by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys consecutively in 2015 and 2016 and was featured in the Legal Elite Family Law by Business North Carolina. 

Ms. Hardin is a member of the Moore County Bar Association. Prior to moving to Pinehurst, Ms. Hardin was a board member of the Cumberland County Bar Association for seven years, to include serving as President and Vice President. Currently, she holds memberships in professional organizations such as the North Carolina Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
