Kyle M. Blodgett

Kyle M. Blodgett is a partner at Hardee, Massey, & Blodgett, LLP, in Greenville, North Carolina. Mr. Blodgett handles all types of personal injury cases, including those involving motor vehicle accidents, animal bites, premises liability, trucking accidents and wrongful death. He serves clients in the Greenville metropolitan area and the surrounding counties.

Raised in New Bern, North Carolina, Mr. Blodgett earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his law degree from Elon University School of Law and obtained his license to practice law before all North Carolina state courts in 2014. 

Upon becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Blodgett began practicing personal injury law and has practiced it for his entire legal career. He has effectively negotiated and litigated many complex injury cases for North Carolina residents, providing compassionate legal service and strong courtroom representation. He knows that an injury or the loss of a family member has traumatic consequences for whole families, and he works hard to help his clients recover the compensation they need to heal and move forward with their lives.

An active member of his legal community, Mr. Blodgett has served in leadership roles for the Pitt County Bar Association and the North Carolina State Bar over the years. Additionally, he is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Blodgett enjoys contributing to his local community. He attends his local church and is a member of the Greenville Noon Rotary. He volunteered as an Upward Basketball Coach from 2017-2019.
