Lindsey Easterling

Lindsey Easterling – the owner of Easterling Family Law in Matthews, North Carolina – has built her firm around the principle of providing comprehensive family law representation. She takes on a wide range of matters pertaining to divorce, parenting time, property division, domestic violence, spousal maintenance and more.

Having experienced the distressing effects of her parents' divorce as a child, Ms. Easterling was inspired to pursue family law. In her initial years of practice, she predominantly handled divorce and custody litigation, witnessing the emotional turmoil it inflicted on families, especially children. Her services take into account the full person, including their feelings, principles and unique family dynamics.

Above all else, Ms. Easterling fights for her clients' rights to be dignified and honest while they pursue their legal goals. In 2006, Ms. Easterling completed her bachelor's degree at Central Michigan University followed by her legal education at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009. She obtained her license to practice in North Carolina in 2014.
