Brenton D. Adams

Brenton D. Adams, one of the founding partners at Brent Adams & Associates, has been a guiding force in personal injury law for over 50 years. Based in North Carolina, with offices in Raleigh, Fayetteville, Dunn and Southern Pines, he has dedicated his career to standing up for individuals in battles against insurance companies. 

A board-certified specialist certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, for his skills in trial law, Mr. Adams serves clients throughout the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle, Fayetteville and beyond. His legal proficiency covers a spectrum of areas, including:

After graduating from Wake Forest University in 1967, Mr. Adams earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1969. He was licensed to practice in North Carolina in 1972 and has also been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

A prominent figure in his field, Mr. Adams has authored several books and numerous articles on medical malpractice, workers' compensation and vehicle accidents. He frequently shares his knowledge through lectures and continuing legal education seminars across the region. His leadership roles include serving as a board member and officer for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the Wake County Bar Association. 

Mr. Adams also represents North Carolina as a State Delegate to the American Association for Justice and actively participates in the American Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar and other legal organizations.
