Douglas Q. Wickham

The founder of the firm Wickham Law in Raleigh, North Carolina, Douglas Q. Wickham is a bankruptcy law attorney representing his clients in matters involving Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy and any business-related debts. Admitted to practice law in North Carolina and Tennessee, Mr. Wickham appears before various courts including the U.S. District Court for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

From Yale University, Mr. Wickham obtained his Bachelor of Arts in history in 1963. Later, he received his bachelor’s degree in law from Yale Law School in Connecticut and pursued his master’s degree in law at Harvard Law School. 

For almost 15 years, Mr. Wickham worked as a professor at The University of Tennessee College of Law and taught a wide variety of subjects to the university students, including commercial law, civil procedure, municipal law and debtor-creditor law. He moved to Raleigh, NC in 1987 and has practiced there ever since. 

Mr. Wickham is the sole practitioner at Wickham Law and devotes his time every day to personally tend to his clients and assist them in bankruptcy law-related matters. Combined with his decades of experience and practical knowledge, he strives to provide multiple options and solutions to his clients seeking debt relief.
