J. Patrick Williams

Nationally renowned for his dedication to his clients through all their contentious legal challenges, J. A partner at the law office of Batch, Poore & Williams, PC, in Raleigh, North Carolina, he is well-equipped to handle myriad family law matters, including divorce and separation, child custody and support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, mediations and same-sex family law matters. In addition to his thriving family law practice, he also handles many criminal law matters, such as drug and alcohol violations.

Mr. Williams completed his undergraduate studies in 2002 at North Carolina State University, graduating with his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. After working in this field for a few years, he made his first steps toward becoming an attorney by attending the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, where he was included in the Who’s Who Among American Law Students and inducted into the Order of Barristers. He received his Juris Doctor in 2005, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in North Carolina. 

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Williams has maintained consistency in his eminent advocacy in every case he takes on.
