He is now admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Federal Courts in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina. 

Mr. Hutson is a member of the Estate Planning Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, and he serves as a speaker at several Continuing Legal Education programs. He has also contributed to several works published by the North Carolina Bar Association, the ACTEC Journal and Lexis Nexis Publishing.
