Joseph P. Tunstall, III, is a partner at the Raleigh, North Carolina, law firm of O’Malley Tunstall PC, which also has offices in Rocky Mount and Kinston. Dedicated to his clients’ liberties, he serves them in a wide variety of legal matters, including:

Graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in history, Mr. Tunstall received his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2000. He joined O’Malley Tunstall PLLC and became a partner in 2006.

Mr. Tunstall is admitted to practice in all North Carolina state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the North Carolina Supreme Court. He is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
