Katelyn B. Hodgins

A skilled and energetic family law attorney, Katelyn Bailey Hodgins serves families in Raleigh, North Carolina, from the Raleigh Divorce Law Firm. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina since 2017.

Known for her integrity and compassion, Mrs. Hodgins understands the emotional aspects of family law matters and works hard to obtain desirable outcomes for her clients with care and confidentiality. She provides personal attention to each client and tries to resolve disputes outside court through mediation. However, she remains prepared to fight for the rights of her clients and their children in court, when needed. 

Clients rely on Mrs. Hodgins’s services in a variety of matters including contested and high-asset divorces, child support, children's rights, parenting time, adoptions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence, restraining orders, paternity disputes, spousal maintenance as well as family mediation and appeals. 

Born in Auburn, Georgia, and raised in Salisbury, North Carolina, Mrs. Hodgins went to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to complete her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in history and criminal justice. She graduated cum laude in 2014. Later in 2017, she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, she functioned as the Ethics Editor for the Campbell Law Observer and was an active member of the university’s Restorative Justice Clinic.

When not lawyering, Mrs. Hodgins contributes to her legal community by maintaining active memberships in legal organizations such as the North Carolina Bar Association – Family Law Section and the Wake County Bar Association. During her law school, she was involved in local politics and also served as an intern for United States Congressman Richard Hudson.
