    Representing clients throughout North Carolina from offices in Raleigh, Bob Meynardie is an attorney with Meynardie & Nanney, PLLC. Mr. Meynardie handles cases all types of commercial and business litigation, including construction cases, trade secret and employee defection cases (non-competes and non-disclosure agreements), business ownership and minority shareholder disputes, and fiduciary, wills and estates litigation.  Mr. Meynardie has also been a sought after mediator and arbitrator since 2000.  Named in 2015 to the Legal Elite Hall of Fame and a member of The Best Lawyers in America, he spent time in commercial banking and bank holding company regulation before attending law school. 

    Mr. Meynardie graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 with a focus in accounting and finance. At the University of San Francisco, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree in 1985 with a major in finance and was inducted into the National Honor Society. In 1991, he earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was a member of the Emory Law Journal and graduated with high honors.

    A panel member of the American Arbitration Association since 2013, Mr. Meynardie is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and Georgia, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

    A member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association and the Associated Builders and Contractors Carolinas Chapter, Mr. Meynardie is also a LEED Accredited Professional. He is involved with the Defense Research Institute and the North Carolina Bar Association.
