Sean A.B. Cole serves clients throughout the southeastern United States from his own firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is one of the long-standing and respected attorneys in his area, and he focuses his practice on severe personal injury claims, including wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, injuries caused by drunk drivers, and wrecks involving commercial vehicles including 18-wheelers and delivery drivers.
For over 25 years, Mr. Cole has worked closely with individuals and families that faced catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, animal attacks, toxic exposure, drunk and negligent driving accidents, car and bicycle accidents, truck collisions, and brain injuries, as well as workplace harassment, civil litigation and business disputes.
A native of Virginia, Mr. Cole graduated cum laude with a B.A. in history from King University in 1994. He received his law degree in 1997 from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers and was a member of the Student Bar Association and the Moot Court Board. He was awarded the Moot Court Board Award for his outstanding contributions, and he qualified as a quarterfinalist in the 1996-97 National Moot Court Competition, which is the highest moot court competition in the United States..
Before establishing The Law Offices of Sean Cole, Mr. Cole worked at several other acclaimed North Carolina law firms and gained extensive experience mediating and litigating personal injury and civil cases in the state, federal and appellate courts. He is certified as a mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.
Having won millions of dollars in total compensation and restitution for his clients, Mr. Cole is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization which includes less than one percent of all U.S. attorneys.
