Over his career spanning 25 years, Mr. Cole has worked closely with individuals and families that faced catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, animal attacks, toxic exposure, drunk and negligent driving accidents, car and bicycle accidents, truck collisions, brain injuries as well as workplace harassment, civil litigation and business disputes.

A native of Virginia, Mr. Cole graduated cum laude with a B.A. in history from King University in 1994. Later in 1997, he received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers and a member of the Student Bar Association and the Moot Court Board. He was awarded the Moot Court Board Award for his outstanding contributions, and he qualified as a quarterfinalist in one of the national moot court competitions.

Before establishing The Law Offices of Sean Cole, Mr. Cole worked at several other acclaimed North Carolina law firms and gained extensive experience mediating and litigating personal injury and civil cases in the state, federal and appellate courts. He is certified as a mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.

Having won millions of dollars in total compensation and restitution for his clients, Mr. Cole is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a noteworthy organization in which lesser than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
