Bradley A. Coxe

Bradley A. Coxe is a dedicated and empathetic civil litigation attorney representing the people of North Carolina. He co-founded and established Hodges & Coxe, LLP, located in Wilmington, to provide unwavering support and legal assistance to both defendants and plaintiffs in cases involving  the following matters:

• Personal injury: Car wrecks, dog and animal bites, wrongful death, medical malpractice, slip-and-fall injuries, invasion of privacy.
• Business law: Mergers and acquisitions, business dissolutions, contractual disputes, partnerships and shareholder disputes
• Construction law: Construction defects, construction contracts and liens 

Authorized to practice law in both South Carolina and North Carolina for close to three decades, Mr. Coxe appears before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Mr. Coxe received his legal education from the University of North Carolina School of Law and graduated in 1995, earning his doctorate in jurisprudence. Prior to that, he attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained his undergraduate degree in political science.
