Brendan Garcia

A shareholder and partner at Werner, Hoffman, Greig & Garcia, PLLC, attorney Brendan Garcia is a well-established legal professional with an experience of over 12 years. As a former U.S. Marine himself, he dedicates his time and efforts as an attorney for the benefits of veterans, helping them obtain their rightful disability benefits and navigate through the intricacies of personal injury, workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, class action litigation and mass torts. Based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he extends his practice to other locations of Boca Raton and Coral Gables, in Florida, New Orleans, Louisiana and throughout the state of North Carolina.

Having worked for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington, D.C., and the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Mr. Garcia’s experiences have been enriched with diverse roles. These experiences have helped him gain an inside view of the functioning of the Office of the General Counsel to the Compensation Services and the Office of Business Process Integration. 

After establishing his own firm in North Carolina, Mr. Garcia achieved great success in advocating for clients before several regional offices, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Later in 2023, he joined Werner, Hoffman, Greig & Garcia, PLLC, where he continues to utilize his skills and practical experience to help veterans earn the benefits they deserve. 

Mr. Garcia completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2006. He went on to successfully obtain his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2011 at Elon University.
