Doug Maynard, Jr., is founder of the Law Offices of C. Douglas Maynard, Jr., formerly Maynard & Harris Attorneys at Law, PLLC, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. Maynard practices personal injury, workers' compensation, and insurance law. For the past 30 years he has represented clients throughout North Carolina.
Mr. Maynard has extensive experience with matters involving automobile, bicycle, commercial vehicle, construction site, delivery truck, dog bite, electrocution, motorcycle, pedestrian and tractor-trailer injuries, as well as all other types of catastrophic personal injury claims. Mr. Maynard received a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. He is a member of the Forsyth County Bar Association (past president), the North Carolina Bar Association (past chair of the Litigation Section), North Carolina Advocates for Justice (President's Club), the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and has served in leadership positions for the organizations over the years. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Association.
