Criminal law attorney Harold J. Eustache, the founder of Eustache Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, serves clients across the state of North Carolina. His practice areas are focused on DUI/DWI, felony and misdemeanors and juvenile criminal defense.

Mr. Eustache was a Morehouse College scholar and earned his B.A. in political science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He then pursued his legal studies at Wake Forest Law, where he was the sub-region director of the Black Law Students Association and a Yellow Ribbon Scholarship recipient.

Earning his law degree in 2014, Mr. Eustache was admitted to practice law the following year in North Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. He began his legal career as an assistant district attorney at the Rockingham County District Attorney's Office, where he worked on prosecuting several criminal offenses ranging from traffic violations to violent crimes. He has handled more than 500 trials involving criminal and juvenile law in both district and superior courts. 

An accomplished lawyer, Mr. Eustache has been recognized by the legal community for his vast knowledge of the law and professionalism. He has been listed among the Top 40 under 40 by The National Black Lawyers and he holds a “Very Good” rating on Avvo. As a decorated veteran, he served in the U.S. army as a paratrooper-infantryman and was honored with a Combat Infantryman Badge and Army Commendation Medals.

Maintaining an active presence in the legal circle, Mr. Eustache is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association and Forsyth County’s juvenile justice board. He also serves as the president of the Winston-Salem Bar Association. Always a forerunner in giving back to his community, he is a part of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Forsyth County veterans treatment court advisory board.
