    Tom Comerford has been engaged in the practice of personal injury litigation for almost forty years.  His practice includes aviation and space law.  He represented the family of the pilot of Space Shuttle Challenger and has been counsel for plaintiffs in numous airline and general aviation disasters and crashes.  In addition to aviation, Mr. Comerford's practice involves representation of plaintiffs in serious medical malpractice cases, products liability claims and cases involving catastrophic injury and death.
