Jeffrey Scott Weikum

Mr. Weikum completed his undergraduate studies in finance, receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Dakota in 1992. He later enrolled at the University of North Dakota School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1995. He is permitted to practice before the North Dakota Supreme Court, and he regularly represents clients in the Upper Midwest. 

Before the start of the new millennium, Mr. Weikum received his license to practice in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Minnesota. He was rated Distinguished* through Martindale-Hubbell for high ethics and professional service, he is deeply empathetic toward individuals who have gone through debilitating injuries due to no fault of their own and cares about them long after their case comes to a conclusion.

Staying active in his legal community, Mr. Weikum holds memberships in the North Dakota State Bar, the Minnesota State Bar and the Big Muddy Bar Association. Moreover, he is a member of the American Association for Justice and a board member of the North Dakota Association for Justice. Not one to hoard his wealth of knowledge and experience, he is a frequent lecturer on tort and litigation and regularly speaks before the North Dakota House and Senate committee hearings.
