Tyler J. Siewert

Tyler J. Siewert is an associate attorney at Schweigert, Klemin & McBride, P.C., in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he practices personal injury law, among other practice areas. He represents plaintiffs throughout North Dakota and Eastern Montana. 

Mr. Siewert has spent over a decade helping personal injury victims receive compensation after sustaining an injury caused by negligence. In addition to personal injury, he has experience with civil and commercial litigation, insurance defense and product liability. Over his years in practice, he has successfully litigated and negotiated many complex matters on behalf of his clients.

After graduating summa cum laude from the University of North Dakota, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Mr. Siewert earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. During his time in law school, he was a member of the Minnesota Law Review and served as the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court research director.

Following law school graduation, Mr. Siewert passed the Minnesota bar examination and received his license to practice law before all Minnesota state courts. He is also qualified to practice before the state courts of North Dakota and Montana and the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota. 

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Siewert stays involved in his legal community through membership in several professional organizations. He is a member of the Big Muddy Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Judge Bruce M. Van Sickle American Inn of Court. He also serves as treasurer of the North Dakota Association for Justice.
