Jack Yunker

The founder and president of Yunker Law in Devils Lake, North Dakota, Jonathon "Jack" Yunker seeks to help his clients resolve their legal issues with confidence in matters pertaining to personal injury, family law, civil litigation and business law. In addition, he also serves as the Assistant Nelson County State's Attorney.

After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012 and graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management, Mr. Yunker went on to pursue a legal education at the University of North Dakota School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2017. The same year he graduated from law school, he also obtained his M.B.A. from the University of North Dakota. He has been licensed to practice in North Dakota since 2017, and he is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.

A dedicated attorney for his clients, Mr. Yunker stops at nothing to ensure they get the top-notch representation their situation requires and deserves. Whether it’s contract disputes or squabbles between business partners to catastrophic personal injuries and stressful family situations, he utilizes all resources available to him and analyzes every nuanced aspect of his clients’ cases to determine the best course of action.

Within his legal community, Mr. Yunker has been lauded by his peers for his committed advocacy. He is a member of the Lake Region Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the North Dakota Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Yunker is actively involved in his community and currently serves as the President of the Devils Lake Chamber of Commerce. He previously served as a board member of the Lake Region State College Foundation.
