Christopher M. Kennelly

Christopher M. Kennelly is a distinguished attorney at Kennelly Business Law in Fargo, North Dakota. His practice areas include business law, real estate, family law and estate planning. He serves clients in Fargo, Valley City and Wahpeton, North Dakota.

Growing up in Fargo, North Dakota, Mr. Kennelly developed an early interest in business and law. His ambition to become a lawyer and a certified public accountant was evident even in sixth grade when he wrote a school paper outlining these career goals. 

Mr. Kennelly earned a degree in accountancy from the University of North Dakota, graduating cum laude, and subsequently passed the CPA exam. He then attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, where he received a certificate of excellence for achieving the highest grade in contract law in his class. Over the years, he has formed hundreds of entities for his clients and assists with various legal matters, including contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his primary legal practice, Mr. Kennelly is deeply involved in real estate and estate planning. He is also the president and owner of the Frontier Title Group, which includes FM Title in Fargo, Richland Title in Wahpeton, Barnes Title in Valley City, and Stutsman Title in Jamestown. 

Mr. Kennelly has been admitted to the State Bar Association of North Dakota since 1997 and holds various professional memberships, including chairing the Business and Corporations Section of the State Bar Association of North Dakota.
