Mr. Dunn received a law degree and graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1991 after earning an undergraduate degree in political science from North Dakota State University in 1988.
A former adjunct professor at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Mr. Dunn has been highly involved in community activities and nonprofit organizations.
