Hannah Scheidecker

Within a relatively short period of time practicing law, Hannah Scheidecker has made mammoth strides within her legal community through her client-centric practice, where she emphasizes personalized attention to every client, meticulous focus on every aspect of a case and an enthusiastic zeal to see them free of their legal woes. Through Scheidecker Law in Moorhead, Minnesota, she serves clients throughout the surrounding region, as well as in Fargo, North Dakota, in important estate planning matters, such as guardianships and conservatorships, elder law, probate and more.

A consummate professional through and through, Ms. Scheidecker understands the tough decisions that have to be made when planning on the continuation of a person’s legacy. Her vast practical knowledge on estate planning and administration gives her clients the confidence that their future generations will be well looked after.

Ms. Scheidecker completed her undergraduate studies in 2016, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in history and psychology from Concordia College, and during her time there, she was part of the student government and the Homecoming Committee. She went on to attend the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she was an active participant in the Self-Help Clinic (director) and the Wheels of Justice. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor and her license to practice in Minnesota in 2020, she clocked in nearly 600 volunteer hours with the Minnesota Justice Foundation.

Licensed to practice in North Dakota a year after graduating from law school, Ms. Scheidecker has consistently been progressing the standard of client service within her industry to greater heights. She maintains close affiliations with many legal organizations, including the Cass County Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
