Jordan Weir

His experience includes representing clients in cases involving car, truck and motorcycle accidents, distracted and drunk driving crashes, hit-and-run accidents, pedestrian and bicycle collisions, ATV accidents, and dog bites and attacks. Mr. Weir earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, graduating cum laude, from Saint John's University before obtaining his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013. He is admitted to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Weir served as president of the Cass County Bar Association from 2019 to 2020.
