Jordan Weir

Jordan is a Shareholder in the Fargo office. He focuses his practice on Plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death. The majority of Jordan’s experience comes from representing the injured and the families of those injured or killed in car accidents, oilfield accidents, or explosions in the oil and gas fields in the Bakken in Western North Dakota. Jordan also represents those hurt in slip and fall accidents. This work includes not only fighting for the appropriate compensation from the liable parties, but also assisting his clients in navigating the complex world of insurance, Under-Insured Motorist Coverage, Workers Compensation, Subrogation interests, No-Fault, and Health Insurance pay-back.  

Jordan also has broad experience in general insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation. Jordan has extensive experience handling litigation through settlement of his clients’ claims and, where necessary, taking cases through to verdict and any subsequent appeal.   

Jordan graduated cum laude from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN in 2010 with a degree in history. He went on to graduate with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013. 

Jordan grew up in Fargo, ND and attended Shanley High School. He returned to Fargo following graduation to begin with the Vogel Law Firm in 2013. Jordan currently lives in Fargo along with his wife, Brooke, their two children, and dogs. He enjoys a variety of activities in what spare time he can find, including golf and spending time at the lakes in the summers.
