After graduating from North Dakota State University in 1976, Mr. Brust received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1979. The State Bar Association of North Dakota admitted him to practice that same year, and he joined Conmy Feste Ltd., where he has practiced for more than 35 years. The Minnesota State Bar Association admitted him in 1991, and he is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Mr. Brust is a Fargo native who is as dedicated to his community as he is to his practice. He currently serves on the board of governors for the North Dakota Association for Justice, and he is actively involved in the Cass County Bar Association, the Minnesota Association for Justice and other professional associations and committees. Additionally, Mr. Brust has served on the Board of Education for Fargo Public Schools as well as on the board of The Children's Museum At Yunker Farm.
