Kristen Hushka joined Pladson Law Office in 2015. She is licensed in both North Dakota and Minnesota, and provides legal counsel to clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and child support. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in capacity actions. She is also a collaborative law attorney, as well as a certified parenting investigator and divorce mediator.
Kristen grew up in Massachusetts and received her undergraduate degree from Boston College in 2009. In 2013, she graduated from Pennsylvania State University, the Dickinson School of Law with her law degree. While in law school, Kristen was a Senior Editor on Penn State Law Review, the President of the Public Interest Law Fund, and the President of the law school's chapter of Phil Delta Phi, the International Legal Honor Society.
Kristen currently lives in Fargo, North Dakota with her husband, son, and their rescue dog.
