My practice is devoted to families in transition. We help famiies come together by helping them with assisted reprodution technology (ART, aka gestational carrier agreements), adoptions, paternity matters, and drafting prenuptial agreements. We help families transition apart by helping them through the divorce process, and the many issues involved in a divorce (e.g., custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and property distribution).
I routinely handle high net worth divorces, which often include farm, business, professional practices, and intellectual property issues. These divorces are unique and beyond the competency of most divorce attorneys,who tend to be generalists (handling anything that comes their way).
My firm is devoted to helping people, and to working for families. We don't do anything else.
