Darcie Marie Seboe Einarson

Functioning as the president of the Einarson Law Office, based in Grafton, North Dakota, Darcie Marie Seboe Einarson serves as a family law attorney, focusing her practice in North Dakota and across northwest Minnesota. Licensed to practice law in the state since 1992, she is equipped to handle a variety of family cases, including divorce, custody and paternity. She also has active licenses in Minnesota and Arizona, apart from North Dakota.  

Holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Dakota, Ms. Einarson graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1992. Soon after graduation, she joined a firm as an associate and later became a partner in about four years. She established the Einarson Law Office in 1996 and has gone on to be a certified family court mediator and serve as a municipal judge for the City of Grafton. 

Over the years, Ms. Einarson has served on several committees of various bar associations and on the board of directors, and as the president of the State Bar Association of North Dakota. Recognized for the incredible service and professional representation she has been offering her clients over the years, she has been honored with the Champion of Justice Award by the Legal Assistance of North Dakota. She maintains memberships in the American Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
