Alexander F. Reichert, the founding partner of Reichert Law Office based in Grand Forks, North Dakota, represents clients throughout the state and in northwestern Minnesota. He divides his practice between the areas of criminal defense and plaintiff's personal injury, and wrongful death litigation, assisting people who are charged with crimes ranging from minor misdemeanors to major felonies as well as those who have been harmed by the negligence of others.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Reichert attended the University of Minnesota and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He then pursued his legal education at the University of North Dakota School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor with distinction in 1996. Following law school, Mr. Reichert was an associate at two different law firms and served as a law clerk for a judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota before founding his current firm in 2003. Admitted to practice in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Dedicated to his community and to his profession, Mr. Reichert actively participates in multiple organizations.
