Outside of his law practice, Mr. Williams enjoys participating in his legal community. He is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, Greater Grand Forks County Bar Association, and Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He previously served as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Young Lawyer Section of the State Bar Association.

Mr. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in criminal justice from North Dakota State University. He received his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He holds licenses to practice law in the state courts of North Dakota and Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the Federal Districts of North Dakota and Minnesota, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
